Q. If we purchase online, when and how do we get tickets?
A. After payment, you will be taken to a page to print off a voucher, which you may use to board the bus. When you arrive in Prague you can show it to any of our staff members who will be happy to help in any way.
Q. Can I change the date of my tour after I buy it?
A. Your ticket will valid for three months after purchase date, it will be activated when you arrive in Prague and begin the use of our service.
Q. Where do we redeem our voucher?
A. You can redeem your voucher at any of our bus stops or at our main ticket office at the tourist information office on Zelezna 2, Prague 1.
Q. Can I purchase tickets on the bus or do I have to go to the office or buy online?
A. Yes you can. You can purchase tickets on the day you arrive in Prague and want to board or use one of our services. A staff member will be present on each bus and willing to help you with you payment should you chose to do so there and then.
Q. I don’t have a copy of my voucher, can I still do the tour?
A. We do require a copy of the voucher in order to provide tickets. If you do not have access to a printer, you can contact the company you booked with and ask them to email or forward your voucher to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Can I present my booking confirmation via my smart phone or tablet?
A. No, we do require a paper copy of your voucher in order to provide tickets/ boarding passes. If you didn't manage to print your voucher you can forward it to one of our staff members at the office who will be happy to assist you.
Q. If the bus is full will there be another bus?
A. There will not be another bus at the same departure time. However we run our buses as frequently as possible, if you have any issues trying to board the bus ask one of our staff members who is present to assist you.
Q. Am I guaranteed a seat if I have a ticket?
A. Our seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis. We do increase our departures during peak season to accommodate increased interest, but unfortunately seating can not be guaranteed for any specific departure or pick up location. If there is the case that the bus is over crowded we will do our utmost to get you to the place you need to be so do not hesitate to ask.
Q. Where does the Castle tour start?
A. The castle tour starts at stop number 4 of the red line at 11:25, 12:55, 14:25. The tours are live guided in English only and the duration is 90minutes, it does not include entry to sites at the castle.
Q. Where does the Jewish Quarter tour begin?
A. The Jewish quarter tour begins at Zelezna 2 at our tourist information office. The times of the tours are at 09:45, 13:00 & 14:25 and is guided in English only.
Q. Can you pick me up from my hotel?
A. We are able to pick you up from your hotel if you need help with mobility such as disabled, elderly or families with young children. You can ask at your hotel front desk and or call us directly.
Q. When does the one hour boat trip start?
A. You can start the boat cruise at dock 5 at the end of the Paris street (Pariska) beside Cech bridge. And they start from 10am to 10pm every 30minutes from 10-6 and from 6-10 every hour on the hour. You cannot exchange your voucher at the dock, if you would like to start your boat trip you must exchange them in advance at City Sightseeing offices or buses.

Q. How does Hop On Hop Off work?
A. Our tours are divided into four 90 minute tours of the city. Each tour has a number of Hop-On Hop-Off stop where, upon arrival, the driver/tour guide will allow you on/off the bus to experience the city. We have two routes, the blue line (Every 25mins) follows an innner city tour and the Red line (Every 45mins) takes a wider route of Prague.
You can change lines at stops 3 & 7 if you wish to try another route or get to a specific place of interest.
