The heath and safety of our clients are key. With the current pandemic of COVID-19, we are aware your travel plans may change. So we would like to answer some questions you may have regarding an upcoming City Sightseeing service.

1. What happens if I have a valid voucher, but my travel plans have changed because of COVID-19?

If your travel plans have changed because of COVID-19, you can either cancel your tickets until 31 July 2020 or postpone the use of your tickets until 31 December 2020.
1.1 Vouchers with for a travel date from 16 March 2020 until 31 July 2020: You will have until 31 July 2020 to cancel your tickets. If you want to postpone the use of your tickets, your voucher will be valid until 31 December 2020.
1.2 Vouchers with a travel date from 1 August 2020 until 31 December 2020: You can cancel your tickets up to 24 hours before the date selected at the time of purchase. If you want to postpone the use of your tickets, your voucher will be valid until 31 December 2020.

2. Does the 24-hour cancellation policy still apply to me if my travel plans were affected by COVID-19?

Yes. If you have a voucher with a travel date from 16 March until 31 July 2020, you will be able to cancel until 31 July 2020. If you have a voucher with a travel date from 1 August until 31 December, you can cancel your tickets up to 24 hours before the date selected at the time of purchase.

3. I will be postponing my travel because of COVID-19. Can I postpone using my voucher?

Yes. You will be able to use your voucher until 31 December 2020.

4. Do I need to get a new voucher if I decide to use my ticket outside the original three-month window?

No. You can use the same voucher you were emailed when you originally booked. The voucher will still be redeemable in destination.

5. What if I had a booking/voucher but my travel date was before 16 March 2020?

Any customer with a booked tour date before 16 March will have their vouchers automatically extended for use until 31 December 2020. Our previous/standard cancellation terms and conditions apply to bookings made before this date. Please refer to your voucher terms.

6. What if I make a new booking after 16 March and then my travel plans are affected by COVID-19?

Anyone who makes a booking after 16 March will have their voucher automatically validated for use until 31 December 2020 giving greater flexibility. You will also be able to cancel or amend your booking until 31 July 2020 should alternative travel not be feasible; this currently applies to travel dates 16 March – 31 July 2020 only.

7. What happens if I can no longer use an attraction ticket because of COVID-19?

Please contact our customer service team at info@sightseeingprague.com to see what can be done. Unfortunately, the cancellation policies for attractions are set forth by the attractions themselves and not City Sightseeing Worldwide.

8. Do these new policies also apply to third-party attractions?

No. These new policies for cancelling or postponing tickets are exclusive for City Sightseeing tours and products. Unfortunately, cancellation policies for attraction are set forth by the attractions themselves and not City Sightseeing Worldwide. 9. Do these new policies also apply to combination packages?

Yes. These new policies for cancelling or postponing tickets do apply to City Sightseeing combination packages.

10. What is the difference between City Sightseeing tours/products and 3rd party products?

City Sightseeing tours and tickets are those which have a hop-on-hop-off or panoramic bus/boat tour included. 3rd party tickets are those which are for specific attractions or day tours for example, Montparnasse Tower in Paris, where the products are not owned or operated by City Sightseeing. If you have a ticket booked for an attraction or you are not sure of your cancellation rights, please check your voucher first and then if you are still unsure, you can contact info@sightseeingprague.com.

11. Can I still use my ticket despite COVID-19?

It depends on the tour and attraction. Currently, all tours and attractions are subject to change without prior notice. Opening and operating times may be affected. Please check the list above for an up-to-date list of all our cities affected or alternatively, you can check our website and the relevant tour page for the latest availability/updates.

12. Are you considering purchasing a City Sightseeing tour or product and want to find out if it has been affected by COVID-19?

Please check the page of each city or tour to see if there are any changed in operating times or opening dates.

13. I still have more questions. Who should I contact?
